First of all, we were upgraded from a standard room to a suite without even asking for it. It snowed all day (May 23 and our 36th anniversary) which was beautiful. Hotel and dining staff were friendly and did very well.

Charming, comfortable hotel conveniently located inside Sequoia National Park. All the sights are within easy distance. Very quiet, peaceful and rustic.
Wish there were more choices for restaurants, though the one restaurant on site had excellent food.

The location was great, about a 15 min drive to the General Sherman Tree and trails. The staff were very helpful and patient. The scenery at the lodges was beautiful, when most of the grounds were still covered in snow. There was a little trail near the lodge along a river too, good for a stroll in the morning.

This hotel is located right inside Sequoia National Park, surrounded by the beautiful forest. It's truly a unique and mesmerizing experience to be in the midst of nature. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer stunning views of the mountains. Waking up to such a picturesque sight is a treat for the senses. The hotel offers breakfast as part of the package, ensuring that guests don't have to worry about finding a place to eat in the morning. Although the selection may not be extensive, it's a decent start to the day.
All aspects of the hotel were up to par.

The location is excellant. You are 2 miles from the Lodgepole Visitor's Center. This was the only lodge/hotel in Sequoia Nat. Park.
Rooms are not in lodge but in separate buildings. Internet not available in rooms. No fault of Lodge, but also out of cell phone service. Do not plan to stay here if these would bother you. Housing units are three levels without elevators. Take that into consideration if disabled. Also there is nobody to help with bags.

Wuksachi Lodge is right inside Sequoia National Park so you don't have to waste time driving in and out. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the restaurant is very close.
You have to push your luggage up along slope to get to the room-although, having said that, help was offered at check-in. A wedding reception was taking place one evening which meant that the restaurant service was unacceptably slow.

The drive up was beautiful with snowy and foggy scenery. The hotel staff were helpful with directions and tire chains. The restaurant had superb food and reasonable prices. The location of the lodge was amazing and the rooms weresuper clean and cozy. The cooperation with the national park and the activities offered were excellent.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Nothing!
We booked a deluxe room, Motels we've been sleeping at during our stay were event better. I know they are the only hotel in the area but it's not worth the money at all. Poor furniture, hair in the bed and the bathroom, poor experience! UGLY!!!

Excellent food, especially for the area. Unique and well-prepared dishes. Surprisingly good for a mountain resort! Best location inside the park with breathtaking scenery. Beautiful lodge surrounded by snow-covered trees. Magical atmosphere with cozy fireplace and snowy forest views. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

The dirty windows were not cleaned for at least one year according to the dirt on the outer side.

We love the location, the way the buildings fit the site, the design of the facility. The staff was wonderful (well, there was one cranky student) but our server Julia livened everything. She was a gem! And Carol, the dining room mgr (?) was gracious and interested in our story.
Not a one. However, we wished for a deck or outdoor lounge area- for afternoon (after hike) relaxing and for star watching on clear nights.
